Terms of Service — Home Ground Goods

1. General By placing an order with Home Ground Goods, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Contract Formation Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Prices & Taxes All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. For EU customers, VAT is charged according to your country of residence.

4. Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Delivery We aim to deliver within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as permitted under German law.

7. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution but will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
